USTR Solicits Comments on Trade Facilitation, Other Matters for Kenya Talks

Timely, relevant coverage of court proceedings and agency rulings involving tariffs, classification, valuation, origin and antidumping and countervailing duties. Small businesses should self-identify in their submissions. The talks are not aimed at lowering tariffs, but the office said the U.S. is seeking "high-standard commitments" that would promote sustainable and inclusive economic growth, benefit workers, consumers and businesses and support African regional economic integration.
The deadline for written submissions is Sept. 16.
