Sunset Reviews of AD/CV Duties on Paper Clips, Stainless Steel Sheet to Begin Next Month

(A-428-602), Italy (A-475-601) and Japan (A-588-704); stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Japan (A-588-845) and Taiwan (A-583-831); and steel nails from the United Arab Emirates (A-520-804). It also will consider revoking antidumping and countervailing duty orders on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from South Korea (A-580-834/C-580-835). Also scheduled is a review to consider termination of the suspended investigation on uranium from Russia (A-821-802). These orders will be revoked, or investigation terminated, unless Commerce finds that revocation would lead to dumping and the International Trade Commission finds that revocation would result in injury to U.S. industry, Commerce said.
