Netgear Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its LTE Routers and LI-Battery Packs are entitled to a partial duty exemption under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 9802.00.50 rather than under subheading 8517.62.0020 or 9903.88.04. #22-00129. Filed April 21.
G&H Diversified Manufacturing LP, challenging CBP's denial of its protest over its imports of perforating gun steel. #22-00130. Filed April 22.
MKI Enterprise Group Inc., doing business as Winbo USA, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its auto parts were wrongly denied exclusions to the China Section 301 tariffs. #22-00131. Filed April 22.
