Zhejiang Sanmei Chemical Ind. Co., Ltd., Shandong Dongyue Chemical Co., Ltd. and Huantai Dongyue International Trade Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on pentafluoroethane from China. #22-00103. Filed April 4.

AAA Jewelers Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its jewelry clad in precious metals of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheadings 7113.19.2500 and 7113.19.5090 qualify for duty-free treatment under the U.S.-Oman Free Trade Agreement. #22-00105. Filed April 5.

Agro Sevilla Aceitunas S. Coop. and Angel Camacho Alimentacion, S.L., challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the second administrative review of the countervailing duty order on ripe olives from Spain. #22-00106. Filed April 6.

Sahamitr Pressure Container Plc., challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on steel propane cylinders from Thailand, covering entries in 2018-2020. #22-00107. Filed April 6.

Euro SME Sdn Bhd, challenging Commerce's final results in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene retail carrier bags from Malaysia, covering entries in 2019-2020. #22-00108. Filed April 7.

Lands Superabrasives Co., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its various industrial superabrasives have a country of origin of Romania and not China and are thus not subject to Section 301 duties. #22-00113. Filed April 8.
