Blockstream Services USA Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its cryptocurrency miners of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8543.70.9960, dutiable at 2.6%, are properly classified under subheading 8471.50.0150, free of duty. #22-00101. Filed March 30.

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its supported SCR Catalysts qualify for Section 301 duty exclusions under Harmonized Tariff Schedule secondary subheadings 9903.88.46 and 9903.88.56. #22-00102. Filed April 1.
