Objections to an acknowledgement of confidentiality must file an objection "through an FCC-accredited account" that's managed by the Universal Service Administrative Co. The bureau will "share certified stakeholder information with participants ... directly through the ELAP module" instead of repopulating the ELAP map with stakeholder information.
