Dell Will Customs Brokers (USA) Inc. filing as Metaltech-Omega Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its scaffolding, parts and/or accessories of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 7308.40.30 qualify for an exemption from Section 301 duties under secondary subheading 9903.88.48. #21-00630. Lands Superabrasives, Co., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its various industrial superabrasives are from Romania, not China, and so don't have to pay the Section 301 duties. #21-00631. Filed Dec. 22.

HLD Clark Steel Pipe Co., Inc. and HLDS (B) Steel Sdn Bhd, challenging the Commerce Department's final determinations of circumvention of the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on oil country tubular goods from China. #21-00638. Filed Dec. 23.
