Dell Will Customs Brokers (USA) Inc. filing as Metaltech-Omega Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its scaffolding, parts and/or accessories of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 7308.40.30 qualify for an exemption from Section 301 duties under secondary subheading 9903.88.48. #21-00630. Carbon Activated Tianjin Co., Ltd., Carbon Activated Corporation, Datong Juqiang Activated Carbon Co., Ltd., Beijing Pacific Activated Carbon Products Co., Ltd., Ningxia Guanghua Cherishmet Activated Carbon Co., Ltd., Ningxia Mineral & Chemical Limited, and Shanxi Sincere Industrial Co., Ltd., challenging an Oct. 22 CIT decision sustaining the Commerce Department's remand results following the 11th administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain activated carbon from China. #22-1298. Wheatland Tube Company, challenging an Oct. 19 CIT decision sustaining Commerce's second remand results in the 2016-2017 administrative review of the antidumping duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from South Korea. #22-1300. Filed Dec. 22.
