Lands Superabrasives Co., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its various industrial superabrasives of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 7105.10.00 are actually from Romania, not China, and as such, should not be subject to Section 301 duties under secondary subheading 9903.88.03. #21-00623. Blue Sky the Color of Imagination, LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its calendars of subheading 4820.10.4000 are actually classified under HTS subheading 4910.00.2000, and thus not subject to Section 301 duties. #21-00624. Filed Dec. 14.
Viking Drill & Tool, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its high-speed steel drill bars of subheading 7228.10.00.30 should not be assessed Section 301 duties under secondary subheading 9903.88.15. #21-00626. Filed Dec. 17.

Hung Vuong Corporation, An Giang Fisheries Import Export Joint Stock Company, Europe Joint Stock Company, Asia Pangasius Company Limited, Hung Vuong Ben Tre Seafood Processing Co., Ltd., Hung Vuong Sa Dec Limited Company, Hung Vuong Vinh Long Company Limited and Hung Vuong Mascato Company Limited, challenging an Oct. 12 CIT decision sustaining the Commerce Department's remand results following the 14th administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen fish fillets from Vietnam. #22-1261.
