Jacky Rosen of Nevada and Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona are the other panel Democratic holdouts. Rosen is to meet with Sohn Friday (see 2112150069). Sohn will likely need unified Democratic support within the panel and the full Senate to win confirmation, given expectations no Republicans will back her (see 2112030058).
