Kaptan Demir Celik Endustrisi ve Ticaret A.S., challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the administrative review of the countervailing duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Turkey covering entries from 2018. #21-00565. Filed Oct. 19.
Fit For Life LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its balance ball chairs of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 9506.91.0030, dutiable at 4.6%, should be classified under subheading 9401.80.4046, duty-free. #21-00568. Filed Oct. 21.
Superon Schweisstechnik India LTD., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its welding wires of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 7223.00.1061, subject to Section 301 duties, should be classified under subheadings 8311.10.0000 and 8311.90.0000. #21-00570. Filed Oct. 22.
