BlueScope Steel Ltd. and BlueScope Steel America, Inc., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain hot-rolled steel flat products from Australia. #21-00509. Filed Sept. 10.

Appeals of CIT Decisions

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Sept. 6-12:

The Coalition for Fair Trade in Hardwood Plywood, appealing a July 21 CIT decision affirming the Commerce Department's remand results that found that Shelter Forest International Acquisition's merchandise does not constitute later-developed merchandise circumventing the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on hardwood plywood from China. #21-2281. Filed Sept. 7.
