Changes at NARUC: Departure of Talina Mathews from Kentucky Public Service Commission created several committee vacancies across NARUC; she's replaced by Beth Trombold of the Ohio PUC as co-vice chair of the Committee on Electricity, and Kentucky PSC Chairman Kent Chandler, representing NARUC on the Electric Power Research Institute board; also, Pennsylvania PUC Chairman Gladys Brown Dutrieuille’s term leading the Committee on Critical Infrastructure ended; she's replaced by New Jersey Board of Public Utilities Commissioner Dianne Solomon; Dutrieuille will assume the at-large board seat vacated by Mathews.
