As a result of the determinations by both agencies that revocation of all of the orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, net countervailable subsidies, and injury to a U.S. industry, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of these AD and CVD orders. Commerce is ordering the continuation of the orders, and instructs CBP to continue to collect AD and CVD duty cash deposits at the rates in effect at the time of entry for all imports of subject merchandise, effective Aug. 19.
