Kumho Tire (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the countervailing duty investigation of passenger vehicle and light truck tires from Vietnam. #21-00397. Filed Aug. 11.

Cheng Shin Rubber Ind. Co. Ltd., challenging Commerce's final results in the antidumping duty investigation into passenger vehicle and light truck tires from Taiwan. #21-00398. Filed Aug. 11.

SMA Surfaces, Inc., formerly known as Polarstone US, challenging Commerce's final scope ruling on the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on quartz surface products from China. #21-00399. Filed Aug. 11.

Shaw Industries Group, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming that its floor coverings of plastics, whether or not self-adhesive, of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 3918.10.1000 qualify for Section 301 tariff exclusions under secondary subheading 9903.88.46. #21-00400. Filed Aug. 11.

Yama Ribbons and Bows Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the countervailing duty administrative review of narrow woven ribbons from China. #21-00402. Filed Aug. 12.

Imaginings 3 Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its lip pops and mini lip pops of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 1704.90.3550 qualify for Section 301 tariff exclusions under secondary subheadings 9905.00.0073 or 9905.90.6000. #21-00403. Filed Aug. 12.

Cozy Comfort Company, LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its pullover sweaters of HTS subheading 6110.30.3059 should properly be classified under subheadings 6307.90.9891 or 6301.40.0020. #21-00404. Filed Aug. 12.

Xylem Water Systems SA, LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its machinery qualifies for Section 301 tariff exclusion under Harmonized Tariff Schedule secondary subheadings 9903.88.10, 9903.88.11 and 9903.88.43. #21-00409. Filed Aug. 13.
