Bray International, Inc., dba Bray Controls; Flow-Tek, Inc.; and Bray Sales, Inc., dba Bray Commercial Division, challenging CBP's denial of their protest claiming their valve components are eligible for Section 301 exclusions under Harmonized Tariff Schedule secondary subheading 9903.88.14. #21-00332.
