Industrias Feliciano Aluminum, Inc., JL Trading Corp. and Puertas y Ventanas J.M., Inc., challenging CBP's affirmative determination of evasion in an Enforce and Protect Act investigation into antidumping duty evasion for aluminum extrusions from China. #21-00317. Filed July 6.

Richmond International Forest Products LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its hardwood plywood of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 4412.33.0640 was made in Cambodia and not subject to antidumping, countervailing or Section 301 duties. #21-00318 and #21-00319. Filed July 6.

Optima Steel International, LLC, and Tokyo Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's antidumping assessment instructions issued for hot-rolled steel made by Tokyo Steel and imported by Optima subject to the AD administrative review for the 2016-17 period. #21-00327. Filed July 9.

Appeals of CIT Decisions

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of July 5-11

Uttam Galva Steels Limited, appealing an April 19 CIT decision sustaining the Commerce Department's remand results in a countervailing duty administrative review of corrosion-resistant steel products from India. #21-2119. Opened July 8.
