American Eel Depot Corp., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its frozen roasted eel imports are not subject to Section 301 duties under Harmonized Tariff Schedule secondary subheading 9903.88.03 since the country of origin is in Europe. #21-00278 and #21-00279. Filed June 10.

Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC; Ashley Furniture Trading Company; Wanek Furniture Co., Ltd.; Millennium Furniture Co., Ltd.; and Comfort Bedding Company Limited, challenging Commerce's final determination in the antidumping duty investigation into mattresses from Vietnam. #21-00283. Eteros Technologies USA, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its certain motor frame assemblies were improperly excluded from entry as "drug paraphernalia." #21-00287. Filed June 11.
