Tristar Products, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming that its air fryers should be classified under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8516.79.0000 and not be assessed Section 301 duties under secondary subheading 9903.88.03. #21-00145. Filed March 29.
