  • CBSA issues statement of reasons in it preliminary determination regarding concrete reinforcing bar from Oman and Russia. The Canada Border Services Agency made a preliminary determination March 4 regarding the dumping of certain concrete reinforcing bar originating in or exported from Oman and Russia. It issued its statement of reasons in the determination on March 19.
  • Product Recalls: Evolur Stellar Bassinet & Bedside Sleeper manufactured in China recalled, for injury hazard; Tamhoo brand set of 33 pairs of earrings manufactured in China recalled, for lead and cadmium in excess of allowable limits; Baby Jogger pram kits manufactured in China recalled, for injury hazard; Baluchon Accessories button and bird charm children's jewelry manufactured in Canada recalled, for lead and cadmium in excess of allowable limits.
