Meyer Corporation, U.S., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming that its cookware imports are entitled to first sale valuation and that cookware from Thailand was denied GSP treatment. #21-00103. Filed March 15.

Golden Brothers, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming that its lift chair components should be classified under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 9402.90.00 and qualify for Section 301 exclusions under secondary subheading 9817.00.96. #21-00105. Filed March 15.

Click Heat Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming that its heat packs are to receive first sale valuation. #21-00119. March 18.

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of March 15-21:

PT Enterprise Inc., Pro-Team Coil Nail Enterprise Inc., Unicatch Industrial Co., Ltd., WTA International Co., Ltd., Zon Mon Co., Ltd., Hor Liang Industrial Corp., Presidential Industrial Inc., and Liang Chyuan Industrial Co., Ltd., appealing a Jan. 8 CIT decision that sustained Commerce's final determination in the antidumping duty investigation of certain steel nails from Taiwan. #21-1747. Opened March 17.

Welspun Tubular LLC USA, appealing a Jan. 4 CIT decision that sustained the Commerce's redetermination of the final results of the 2015-2016 administrative review of the antidumping duty order on welded line pipe from South Korea. #21-1748. Opened March 17.
