  • CUSMA textile/apparel TPL utilization. The Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade updated the 2021 CUSMA textile and apparel tariff preference level utilization rate for imports and exports. CUSMA is the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement, known as USMCA in the United States.
  • Product Recalls: Nebulous Stars - Mini Charm Sets manufactured in China recalled, for cadmium in excess of allowable limits; “You are magical” Unicorn Necklace manufactured in China recalled, for lead and cadmium in excess of allowable limits.
