The other 13 states party to the EPA are Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Belize, Bahamas, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and Trinidad and Tobago.
