Richmond International Forest Products LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming that its hardwood plywood of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 4412.32.0640 was produced in Cambodia and thus not subject to AD/CV duties of 183.36% (AD) and 22.98% (CV). #21-00063. Filed Feb. 22.
Alpi International Ltd., on the classification of certain Squeezies stress relievers not shaped like balls. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 3926.40.0090 (5.3%) as decorative plastic articles. Alpi says the merchandise is classifiable under subheading 9503.00.0090 (free) as toys. #21-00064, #21-00067. Filed Feb. 22 and 23.
Suzano S.A., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on certain uncoated paper from Brazil covering entries in 2018-19. #21-00069. Filed Feb. 24.
WKW North America, LLC, challenging Commerce's final scope ruling finding its aluminum automotive window trim, including waist finishers, belt moldings and outer waist belts, is within the scope of the antidumping duty order on aluminum extrusions from China (see 2102160032). #21-00072. Ellwood City Forge Company, Ellwood Quality Steels Company, Ellwood National Steel Company and A. Finkl & Sons, challenging Commerce's final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on forged steel fluid end blocks from Italy. #21-00073. Filed Feb. 25.

Blue Pipe Steel Center Co., Ltd., challenging CBP's Enforce and Protect Act (EAPA) investigation that found it evaded AD duties on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand. #21-00081. Filed Feb. 26.
