  • CBSA issues notice of closure of record for carbon steel welded pipe. The Canada Border Services Agency closed the record of the normal value review of certain carbon steel welded pipe exported to Canada from Thailand by Sahathai Steel Pipe Public Co. Ltd. The review is part of the CBSA’s enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s order issued Oct. 15, 2018, in Expiry Review No. RR‑2017‑005, with respect to the dumping of certain carbon steel welded pipe from Taiwan, India, Oman, South Korea, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates. The notice also contains an updated schedule of the normal value and export price review. Comments are due within 7 days of the Feb. 23 notice, or by March 2.
  • Product Recall: One lot of We Grow BC Ltd. Qwest Pineapple Cake dried cannabis pre-rolls manufactured and sold by authorized retailers in Canada recalled, for incorrect labeling of THC values.
