Hyundai Steel Company, challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the countervailing duty administrative review on cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from South Korea covering entries in 2018. #21-00012. Filed Jan. 12.
California Steel Industries, Inc., challenging Commerce's denial of its requests for exclusions from Section 232 tariffs on steel products. #21-00015. Filed Jan. 14.
Denso Manufacturing Tennessee, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest of the valuation of its entries of automotive products. Denso says a data entry error on CBP form 7501 led to overstated values. #21-00016. Filed Jan. 17.

Appeals of CIT Decisions
The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Jan. 11-17:
StarKist Co. appealed a ruling by CIT from Nov. 18 that found its tuna salad products classified under subheading 1604.14.10 were fish not minced and packed in oil under subheading 1604.14.10, dutiable at 35%, rather than as prepared meals (see 2011180044). #21-1548. Opened Jan. 14.
