  • CUSMA textile/apparel TPL utilization. The Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade updated the 2020 Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement textile and apparel tariff preference level utilization rate for imports and exports. CUSMA is known as USMCA in the U.S.
  • Product Recalls: LePage Speed Set Expoxy products manufactured in the U.S. recalled, for not meeting Canadian labeling, child-resistant packaging requirements; Alpha and Sigma Camping Pots manufactured in China recalled, for scald, burn hazards.
