  • CBSA issues statement of reasons regarding dumping of certain upholstered domestic seating from China, Vietnam. The Canada Border Services Agency issued a statement of reasons concerning initiation of investigations into the dumping and subsidizing of certain upholstered domestic seating originating in or exported from China and Vietnam. The agency initiated investigations Dec. 21, 2020, regarding the alleged injurious dumping and subsidizing of certain upholstered domestic seating originating in or exported from China and Vietnam. The complainant was Palliser Furniture Ltd. of Winnipeg, Manitoba (see 2012230006).
  • Product Recall: Revive 3-wick soy candle Winter Cedar and Warm Spiced Latte manufactured in the U.S. recalled, for fire and burn hazards.
