  • CITT announces its finding with regard to oil country tubular goods. The Canadian International Trade Tribunal continued its finding made April 2, 2015, in Inquiry No. NQ‑2014‑002, concerning the dumping of oil country tubular goods from Taiwan, India, Indonesia, South Korea, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine and Vietnam. The tribunal also rescinded its finding with respect to the subject goods from the Philippines following the CBSA determination that the expiration of the finding is unlikely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping. The CBSA will therefore continue to impose antidumping duties on subject goods, except for the goods from the Philippines.
