Allegheny Technologies Inc. and Allegheny & Tsingshan Stainless, LLC, challenging the Commerce Department's denial of its requests for exclusions from Section 232 tariffs on steel products. #20-03923. Filed Dec. 21.
Deacero S.A.P.I. de C.V. and Deacero USA, Inc., challenging Commerce's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Mexico covering entries in 2017-18. #20-03924. Filed Dec. 21.
Evolutions Flooring, Inc. and Struxtur, Inc., challenging Commerce's final results of the countervailing duty administrative review on multilayered wood flooring from China covering entries in 2017. #20-03927. Filed Dec. 22.
Fine Emeralds Inc., on the classification of unworked emeralds. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 7103.10.4000 (10.5%). Fine Emeralds says it should have instead been classified under subheading 7103.10.2000 (free). #20-03928. Filed Dec. 22.
The Coalition for Fair Trade in Hardwood Plywood, challenging Commerce's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on hardwood plywood products from China covering entries in 2017-18. #20-03930. Filed Dec. 23.
Cruise Car, Inc., on the classification of semi-complete electric golf carts. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8703.80.0000 (2.5% + 25% Section 301 tariff). Cruise Car says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8703.10.5030 (2.5%). #20-03933. Filed Dec. 24.

SeAH Steel Corp., appealing an Oct. 16 CIT decision that sustained a redetermination of the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on oil country tubular goods from South Korea covering entries in 2015-16. #21-1430. Opened Dec. 21.
