Phosphate Fertilizers: Amended CV Cash Deposit Rates for Morocco

The Commerce Department is amending its recently issued preliminary determination in the countervailing duty investigation on phosphate fertilizers from Morocco (C-714-001). A correction to a calculation error means rates for OCP and all other Moroccan exporters will drop from 23.46% to 16.88%. Commerce is making no changes at this time to its concurrently issued preliminary determination on phosphate fertilizers from Russia. New rates for Moroccan exporters, applicable upon publication of this amended preliminary determination on Dec. 29, are as follows:
