Jiangsu Guyu International Trading Co., Ltd., Kemian Wood Industry (Kunshan) Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Simba Flooring Co., Ltd., Dongtai Fuan Universal Dynamics, LLC, Jiashan Huijiale Decoration Material Co., Ltd., and Dalian Jiahong Wood Industry Co., Ltd., challenging Commerce's final results of the countervailing duty administrative review on multilayered wood flooring from China covering entries in 2017. #20-03919. Generac Power Systems, Inc., challenging the assessment of Section 301 tariffs on its parts and components of electric generators and engines. Generac says they should have qualified for Section 301 exclusions. #20-03920. Filed Dec. 18.

Ansell Healthcare Products LLC, challenging CBP's rejection of protest concerning a clerical error involving the additional value asserted in reconciliation entries. #20-03922. Filed Dec. 18.
