Elemental LED, on the classification of LED tape lights. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 9405.40.84 (3.9%). Elemental says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8539.50.00 (2%) or 8543.70.7100 (2%). #20-03888. Filed Dec. 7.

U.S. government, seeking $20.9 million in penalties from Winland International (doing business as Super Tire), its corporate officers and agents, and several people in China, for evading antidumping duties on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from China. #20-03902. Filed Dec. 11.
Spartan Tools, seeking to recover Section 301 duties that it paid on the protested merchandise at the time of entry, but for which the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative subsequently granted an exclusion from Section 301 duties. #20-03903. Filed Dec. 11.
