CBP classified the chillers under subheading 8418.69.0180, with Section 301 tariffs assessed under subheading 9903.88.01, and the parts of shredders and granulators under subheading 8479.90.9496, with Section 301 tariffs assessed under subheading 9903.88.01 (25%). ACS Auxiliaries says the merchandise is excluded from Section 301 tariffs under subheadings 9903.88.10 (free) and 9903.88.07 (free), respectively. #20-03877. Filed Dec. 1.

Generac Power Systems, Inc., on the classification of parts of engines, generators, hydraulic valve lifters and heat exchangers. CBP classified the parts of engines under subheading 8409.91.9990, with Section 301 tariffs assessed under subheading 9903.88.03 (10%); the parts of generators under subheading 8503.00.9550, with Section 301 tariffs assessed under subheading 9903.88.02 (25%); the parts of hydraulic valve lifters under subheading 8409.91.9990, with Section 301 tariffs assessed under subheading 9903.88.03 (10%); and the parts of heat exchangers under subheading 8419.90.3000, with Section 301 tariffs assessed under subheading 9903.88.01 (25%). Generac says the merchandise is excluded from Section 301 tariffs under subheadings 9903.88.45 (free), 9903.88.17 (free), 9903.88.35 (free) and 9903.88.14 (free), respectively. #20-03882.
