  • CBSA initiates investigation of possible dumping of certain concrete reinforcing bar from Russia and Oman. The Canada Border Services Agency initiated Dec. 4, on its own, an investigation, under the Special Import Measures Act, of the alleged injurious dumping of certain concrete reinforcing bar originating in or exported from Oman and Russia. More information in a Statement of Reasons will be available by Dec. 19.
