Phosphate Fertilizers: Prelim CV Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect for Morocco, Russia
Suspension of liquidation and countervailing duty cash deposit requirements take effect Nov. 30 for imports of phosphate fertilizers from Morocco (C-714-001) and Russia (A-821-825), after the Commerce Department found illegal subsidization in preliminary determinations issued as part of its ongoing CV duty investigations.

CV Suspension of Liquidation and Cash Deposit Requirements
Commerce will instruct CBP to suspend liquidation for all entries of subject merchandise that are entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after Nov. 30. It will require CV duty cash deposits at the following rates:
