Meyer Corp., challenging the denial of first sale treatment and Generalized System of Preferences treatment on entries of cookware. #20-03835. Filed Nov. 16.

Bonney Forge Corporation and the United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union, challenging the Commerce Department's final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on forged steel fittings from India. #20-03837. Filed Nov. 17.

Trinity Manufacturing, Inc., Ashta Chemicals, Inc. and Niklor Chemical Company, Inc., challenging Commerce revocation of the antidumping duty order on chloropicrin from China. Commerce revoked the order based on the domestic manufacturer's lack of participation in a sunset review, but the domestic manufacturers say their failure to file was a mistake resulting from technical and medical issues. #20-03838. Maple Leaf Marketing, Inc., challenging CBP's assessment of Section 301 and Section 232 tariffs on its imports of altered steel tubing from Canada under the special tariff classification provision 9802.00.50. #20-03839. Filed Nov. 17.

Bilstein Cold Rolled Steel LP and Voestalpine USA, challenging a BIS decision not to allow it to amend or receive refunds under a Section 232 exclusion on its steel products that listed the wrong tariff schedule number. #20-03840. Filed Nov. 18.

Celik Halat ve Tel Sanayi A.S., challenging Commerce's decision not to accept its questionnaire responses in the antidumping and countervailing duty investigations on prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Turkey. #20-03843, -03848. Filed Nov. 19.

Diamond Sawblades Manufacturers’ Coalition, challenging Commerce's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on diamond sawblades from China covering entries in 2017-18. #20-03867. Filed Nov. 20.

Nexteel Co., Ltd., challenging Commerce's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from South Korea covering entries in 2017-18. #20-03868. Filed Nov. 20.

EVRAZ Inc. NA, challenging Commerce's denial of its requests for exclusions from Section 232 tariffs on its imported steel products. #20-03825. Filed Nov. 5.
