Bilstein Cold Rolled Steel LP and Voestalpine USA, challenging a BIS decision not to allow it to amend or receive refunds under a Section 232 exclusion on its steel products that listed the wrong tariff schedule number. #20-03829. Filed Nov. 10.
Trinity Manufacturing, Inc., Ashta Chemicals, Inc. and Niklor Chemical Company, Inc., challenging the Commerce Department's revocation of the antidumping duty order on chloropicrin from China. Commerce revoked the order based on the domestic manufacturer's lack of participation in a sunset review, but the domestic manufacturers say their failure to file was a mistake resulting from technical and medical issues. #20-03831. Filed Nov. 12.
BC F&B Corporation and DK Express, Inc., seeking refunds from CBP and the Agriculture Department of excess dairy research and promotion program assessments it paid due to a clerical error. #20-03834. Filed Nov. 13.

The U.S. government, appealing a Sept. 4 CIT decision sustaining a redetermination of the antidumping duty investigation on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Turkey. #21-1209. Opened Nov. 12.
