  • Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT)order for hot-rolled carbon steel plate and high strength low alloy steel plate from Ukraine. The CITT announced it will continue its order made on January 30, 2015, in Expiry Review No. RR-2014-002, continuing, with amendment, its finding made on February 2, 2010, in Inquiry No. NQ-2009-003, concerning the dumping of hot-rolled carbon steel plate and high-strength low-alloy steel plate from Ukraine. Therefore, the tribunal has found that the dumping of hot-rolled steel plate and high strength low alloy steel plate originating in or exported from Ukraine was likely to result in injury to the domestic industry. The CBSA will continue to impose anti-dumping duties on these products. (here)
