  • CBSA issues Statement of Reasons in preliminary determination of dumping of decorative and other non-structural plywood. The Canada Border Services Agency on Nov. 6 issued its Statement of Reasons regarding its Oct. 23 preliminary determination of dumping and subsidizing of certain decorative and other nonstructural plywood originating in or exported from China (see 2010260002).
  • Tariff classification of car seat covers. The Canada Border Services Agency on Nov. 5 issued Memorandum D10-15-31 explaining its administrative policy regarding the tariff classification of car seat covers. The memorandum provides definitions for permanent, protective and disposable car seat covers, and lists the tariff headings that apply, including those for covers made from different types of materials.
