  • CBSA concludes normal value review of hot-rolled steel plate from Ukraine. The Canada Border Services Agency on Oct. 19 concluded a normal value review to update the normal values and export prices applicable to certain hot-rolled steel plate exported to Canada from Ukraine by the Metinvest Group of Companies, including Metinvest International S.A. The normal value review is part of CBSA’s enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s order issued Jan. 30, 2015, with respect to the dumping of certain hot-rolled steel plate from Ukraine. The period of review covered Oct. 1, 2018, to Sept. 30, 2019.
