U.S. government, seeking to recover unpaid duties from Aegis Security Insurance Company. The U.S. seeks $50,000, which is the amount of the continuous bond that the surety issued to Linyi Sanshan Import & Export Co., a garlic importer delinquent on antidumping duties. #20-03628. Filed Sept. 30.

Auto Importers, LLC, on the classification of used automobiles. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8704.31.0020 (25%). Auto Importers says the merchandise is classifiable as U.S. goods returned under subheading 9801.00.1066 (free). #20-03709. Filed Oct. 1.
Tingley Rubber Corp., on the classification of boot savers. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 6401.99.6000 (37.5%). Tingley says the merchandise is classifiable under subheading 6401.99.3000 (25%) or 3926.90.9990 (5.3%). #20-03711. Filed Oct. 1.

U.S. government, appealing a July 28 CIT decision sustaining a redetermination of antidumping duty administrative review on welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products from Turkey covering entries in 2014-15. #20-2336. Opened Sept. 28.
Hyundai Electric & Energy Systems Co., Ltd., appealing an Aug. 4 CIT decision sustaining the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on large power transformers from South Korea covering entries in 2016-17. #21-1009. Opened Oct. 2.
