potassium phosphate salts from China (A-570-962/C-570-963) and welded line pipe from South Korea and Turkey (A-580-876/C-580-877, A-489-822/C-489-823), and the suspended antidumping duty investigations on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from Russia and Ukraine (A-821-808, A-823-808), in automatic five-year sunset reviews scheduled to begin in November 2020. These orders will be revoked unless Commerce finds that revocation would lead to dumping and the International Trade Commission finds that revocation would result in injury to U.S. industry, Commerce said in a notice released Sept. 30.
