Appeals of CIT Decisions
The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Sept. 14-20:
Bioparques de Occidente, S.A. de C.V., Agricola La Primavera, S.A. de C.V., and Kaliroy Fresh LLC, appealing a Sept. 11 CIT decision dismissing their challenge to the final antidumping duty determination on fresh tomatoes from Mexico. #20-2265, -2266, -2267. Opened Sept. 15.
