The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Aug. 31 - Sept. 6:

CSC Sugar LLC, appealing a pair of CIT decisions issued June 25 that sustained amendments to a suspension agreement on antidumping and countervailing duties on sugar from Mexico. #20-2227, 20-2228. Opened Sept. 1.

Red Sun Farms, appealing an Aug. 26 CIT decision that upheld a new suspension agreement on antidumping duties on fresh tomatoes from Mexico. #20-2230. Opened Sept. 2.

Confederacion de Asociaciones Agricolas del Estado de Sinaloa, A.C., Consejo Agricola de Baja California, A.C., Asociacion Mexicana de Horticultura Protegida, A.C., Asociacion de Productores de Hortalizas del Yaqui y Mayo and Sistema Producto Tomate, appealing a July 7 CIT decision that upheld Commerce's termination of an old suspension agreement on fresh tomatoes from Mexico. #20-2232.
