CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8711.60.00 (free) or 8711.90.01 (free) with China Section 301 tariffs assessed per 9903.88.02 (25%). 3BTech says the merchandise is classifiable under subheading 9503.00.00 (free) or 8711.60.00 (free), and exempt from Section 301 tariffs per 9903.88.17. #20-00159.
