Obituary: James Gattuso, Heritage Foundation senior research fellow in regulatory policy, has died, the group announced. He has also worked on free-market policy at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, among others. While at the FCC, he was detailed to the office of then-Vice President Dan Quayle. He's survived by his wife and other family. Heritage didn't provide further details.
