The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of July 20-26:

American Cast Iron Pipe Company and other domestic producers, appealing a May 22 CIT decision that sustained a redetermination of the final results of the antidumping duty investigation on large diameter welded pipe from Turkey. #20-2014. Opened July 21.

ArcelorMittal Tubular Products and other domestic producers, appealing an April 30 CIT decision that sustained a redetermination of the final results of the antidumping duty investigation on cold-drawn mechanical tubing from India, resulting in an AD duty exemption for Goodluck India (see 2005260023). #20-2017. Opened July 22.
