Pokarna Engineered Stone Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department’s final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on quartz surface products from India. #20-00127. Filed July 10.

Aireko Construction, challenging CBP's assessment of AD/CV duties on its entries of solar modules. Aireko says the duties were improperly assessed retroactively and the entries should be reliquidated free of duty. #20-00128. Filed July 10.
