Cyber Power Systems (USA) Inc., challenging CBP's exclusion of its uninterruptible power supplies and voltage surge protectors based on the representation that they were “Made in Philippines.” Cyber Power Systems contests CBP's determination of the merchandise's country of origin for marking purposes. #20-00124. Maple Leaf Marketing, Inc., challenging the imposition of Section 232 tariffs on its steel products from Canada, as well as the denial of its exclusion requests and the assessment of Section 232 tariffs on its imports under subheading 9802.00.50 for articles exported for repair or alteration. #20-00125.
